We are committed to providing quality academic and publication-related services including books, book chapters, thesis work, research support, editing, formatting, plagiarism checking, and publication assistance.
- In case of any valid issue related to the service or delivered work, clients may request either a replacement/correction service or a refund.
- 2. Requests for replacement or refund must be submitted through official communication channels along with proper payment proof and relevant details.
- 3. Replacement, correction, or modification services will be provided within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the work.
- 4. If a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 45 working days from the date of approval.
- 5. Refunds will be made through the original payment method or another suitable payment mode decided by the management.
- Processing fees, bank charges, or administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
- 7. Refund or replacement may not be applicable once the work has been fully completed, published, delivered, or approved by the client.
- 8. No refund or replacement will be provided in cases involving plagiarism, unethical practices, misuse of services, or submission of false information by the client.
