2. Refund requests arising from delays in filling remaining author positions, co-author availability, or publication scheduling will not be entertained.
3. Author positions are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis and are reserved exclusively for the confirmed author after booking, thereby preventing allocation to other interested applicants.
4. In exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of the publisher, the booking amount may be adjusted against another publication opportunity, journal, conference, or future project instead of issuing a cash refund.
5. In the unlikely event that the publication project is cancelled by the publisher, the author will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
6. By confirming the booking and making payment, the author acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
